Our Identity

​

We commit ourselves, by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit:

  • To walk together in Christian love and care (John 13:34-35)

  • To be obedient to all the teachings of scripture (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

  • To reflect Jesus Christ to the world through all our actions, attitudes and speech. (Galatians 5:22-23)

  • To encourage others toward spiritual maturity through the exercise of our spiritual gifts (Hebrews 10:24,25)

Our Community

​

We commit ourselves to support the ministry of this local church by:

  • Contributing toward the church and its ministry in proportion to ability (2 Corinthians 9:7; 1 Corinthians 16:2)

  • Honoring the Pastor and Elder Board, praying for them and submitting to them in the scriptural exercise of their official authority and to manifest a proper consideration for their reputation (Hebrews 13:17; 1 Timothy 5:9)

  • Regularly attending, supporting and serving the ministries of the church so that the church might accomplish its mission and vision within the community (Hebrews 10:25)

  • Submitting to the discipline of the Word of God as administered through the church and its biblical doctrines and leadership (Matthew 18:15-10;)

Our Purpose

​

We commit ourselves to advance the kingdom of Jesus Christ by:

  • Witnessing for Jesus Christ through example, personal testimony and the development of personal relationships so that others might experience God’s redemptive work in their life

  • Actively and faithfully training our children to be disciples of Jesus Christ (Deuteronomy 6:4-10)

  • Supporting and praying for world missions (Matthew 9:37-38; 28:19,20)

  • Submitting to the discipline of the Word of God as administered through the church and its biblical doctrines and leadership (Matthew 18:15-10;)
